As subcontractor to Washington Group International, RVB+A conducted a comprehensive assessment of the existing technical performance of the rubber-tired people movers and heavy rail transit cars. RVB+A then identified new technologies with potential for application and performed technical and economic analysis of these compared to currently utilized technologies.
