As Subcontractor to Washington Group International (WGI), RVB+A conducted a comprehensive assessment of the technical conditions regarding rubber tire people movers and heavy rail transit cars. RVB+A identified new technologies with potential for application and performed technical and economic analysis of these vs. currently utilized technologies. RVB+A then developed technical specifications for the rehabilitation of both People Movers and Heavy Rail Transit Cars.
