All Rail Related Activities

As the Manager for all rail related activities, RVB+A was responsible for feasibility studies, alternative analyses, development of requirements and the preparation of specifications. The work involved high speed intercity transportation and supporting commuter and local transit systems. Responsibilities included rights-of-way negotiations; identification and resolution of institutional issues; coordination with government agencies and development of a Systems Safety Plan; structure and management of operating organization; trainsets, electrification, and signaling cost estimates.
