As a Subcontractor to PMC (Parsons Transportation, Parsons Brinckerhoff, DMJM and Delon Hampton), RVB+A is responsible for the management of Systems Safety, Interface Engineering, Document Control and Facilities Design for an underground People Mover system, linking several terminals of Washington Dulles International Airport.
