As a Subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton, RVB+A is providing mechanical and electrical engineering and inspection services support, on the rehabilitation of the 1000 and 2000 series rail cars. The rehabilitation includes the replacement of propulsion, traction and auxiliary power equipment; and the rehabilitation of carbody, trucks, electrical systems and interiors. RVB+A is also providing engineering support for the construction, testing and commissioning of new 5000 series cars, currently being delivered and 6000 series cars, currently in the design and engineering stages.

In addition, RVB+A has undertaken QA assignments regarding newly ordered buses and involved in industrial design efforts on new Light Rail Vehicles.
