Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) – Performance Reviews

As prime contractor, RVB+A reported directly to the ARRC Board's Performance Audit Committee. RVB+A reviewed all aspects of the business, including operations and maintenance, passenger and freight rolling stock, fleet management, labor issues, traffic and rate patterns, financial results, future prospects, environmental management and real estate holdings. RVB+A worked to identify new opportunities and areas of potential improvement, including the optimization of asset utilization, increasing efficiency, reducing cost, and ensuring sound business practices.
