Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) – Performance Reviews

As Prime Contractor, RVB+A reports directly to the Performance Audit Committee made up of ARRC Board Members. RVB+A reviews all aspects of the business from operations and maintenance, passenger and freight rolling stock, fleet management, labor issues, traffic and rate patterns, financial results, future prospects, environmental management to real estate. RVB+A works to identify new opportunities and areas of potential improvement including the optimization of asset utilization, increasing efficiency, reducing cost, and ensuring sound business practices.
